Before/After - Rita Red Hook
A shift in function: from bar and seating to counter service. Bright, light and filled with plants were the main (pun intended) considerations for the space so that it was inviting to the neighborhood and encouraged customers to linger in the space after enjoying their meal.
We were only able to superficially change the exterior so using vinyl installed on the window (Martha installed it herself!) and filling the area with plants, we were able to continue the same inviting and natural feeling as the inside. As a plus, the new lights give off a warm glow and are visible through the window framing.
